Extension project of a house built in the mid-1950s in a local balneal town on the Armorican coast. The ground floor of the house was initially constructed as a summer flat with an external access to the first floor, allowing the owners to rent out the upper part of the house during holiday periods. Today, the living space is located on the ground floor closer to the garden. The house was built with ordinary building materials in a simple and economical construction system. Some details of the eaves on the main façade have been worked on and give the house a singular charm.
